Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

tyresasta.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any of your order at anytime and shall inform you about the same by email. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include non-availability of the product or problems identified by our finance department regarding issues with your credit card or payment gateways or the product been withdrawn by the respective manufacturer / brand. We shall inform you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled by us. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition. tyresasta.com does not accept return requests for used products.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the product to obtain a Order Return Number.
For any discrepancy between shipped and ordered products, damage during the transit, out of the box defects, please send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9830090335 to obtain a Order Return Number. We shall either arrange a pickup or pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you the full amount back in case the stock of the product is not available.
tyresasta.com shall arrange for a pickup of the damaged / defective product through its own logistics. In the event we are unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to you upon genuine inspection of the product. Please ensure that the products are properly packed. Please send us a mail at email@example.com or call us on +91 9830090335 to obtain a Order Return Number before you return the product and share the courier details with us. No goods will be accepted without the copy of original invoice.
For any cancelled order; refunds are processed in a maximum of 3 working days from the date on which we receive intimation for cancelling the order. If you have paid through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was originally paid. In case you cancel the order that was placed and if any online fee was paid for it, the online fee charged will not be refunded.
In above mentioned cases of 100 % as well as the Part Payment, the refunded amount shall be credited to the corresponding bank account in the next 10-14 working days.
