Return/Refund Policy

Returns
Need to make a return? We’re here to help. To start the return process, please email us at customerservice@tyresasta.com
For replacement orders, the customer is responsible for any difference in product price or additional installation fees.
Ordered Items cannot be returned if any of the following apply:

  • Item was fitted on a wheel (In case of Tyres)
  • Item was used on or off road
  • Items were altered in any way
  • Misuse of any kind
  • Items shipped to a desired customer location

Orders shipped to any location other than a tyresasta.com Fitment Partner can be returned for up to 7 days after shipment.

Only un-mounted, unused items can be returned. Acceptance of refund will be contingent on a physical check of the item or items by us.

The following charges will be applied for returns:

Actual cost of shipping the items back to our designated returns warehouse.

  • 10% Restocking Fees
  • 2% Payment Gateway Charges
  • If the return is due to a tyresasta.com error, tyresasta.com will pay the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds for accepted returns or cancellations will be issued to the original form of payment only. Any amount paid for services will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within ten days of acceptance of the return or cancellation.

Warranty claims
All products sold by tyresasta.com are brand new and come with full manufacturer’s warranty.
